Spring into the Season of Growth
Spring into the Season of Growth
Navy Peony April 11, 2022

How's your 2022 going so far? It's been a quarter of the year, do you feel like your decisions are moving you closer to your goal? Or are you feeling stuck and uninspired that this year is no different than the last?

Spring is the best time to weed your garden. It is nice to get all the old dead stuff out and make room for new plants. It is the same way in life, spring is the perfect time to weed your soul. It is a time of renewal and a time to reflect, get rid of all the bad things in your life and make room for new growth.

Our minds are capable of trapping us in anxiety and despair from all the crazy things that are happening in the world today. It distracts us from growing in the direction that we envision ourselves to be. To find inner peace and room for growth, we must learn to cultivate our own garden and take care of our own mind. Nourish it, enrich it, refine it, and harvest it.

Journaling helps you declutter your mind.

This month, our Journal Prompts will help you reflect, take a pulse of your progress, and bring you to new heights by focusing on self-discovery and growth! Journal with us and share your thoughts by using #NPJournalPrompts and tag @navypeony in your post on Instagram.
