We now ship worldwide! Our products are fulfilled from a few different locations such as the US, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, Japan, Malaysia and China. Your order will be shipped from the location with the cheapest and fastest delivery service available to your destination.

Additional cost will be incurred for request of re-delivery and this cost will be borne by the customer. Refund request due to incorrect shipping address will not be entertained.
Return & Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the payment method you used.
