Shipping Information

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our products are fulfilled from a few different locations such as the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and China. Your order will be shipped from the location with the fastest delivery service available to your destination.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will arrive within 5 to 20 business days depending where you are ordering from. To get a better estimate on the actual shipping timeframe, please reach out to us. The actual shipping time will depend on the availability of the stocks nearest to your location.
How much does shipping cost?
The latest shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Alternatively, please reach out to us to inquire.
How Do I Track My Order?
A tracking number will be provided for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account. ATTENTION: We're not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or insufficient details in the shipping address provided. Additional cost will be incurred for request of re-delivery and this cost will be borne by the customer. Refund request due to incorrect shipping address will not be entertained.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Pay or PayPal. You can pay via credit or debit card. You will see "NOTEWORTHIE GIFTS" as the merchant name in your credit card or PayPal statement, this is expected, "NOTEWORTHIE GIFTS"is our registered company name while Navy Peony is our brand name.
What Is There A Payment Error with my debit card?
If you are using a Debit Card to pay and you are experiencing a failed transaction, please contact your bank to authorize international transactions. Most Debit Cards do not authorize international transaction by default, causing your payment to fail. Alternatively, try paying using PayPal.

Returns and Refunds

Don't like your item?
Send it back to us for a full refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days after you receive your purchase. Email us at "hello@navypeony.com" to discuss the arrangement. Please quote your order ID when you reach out to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the payment method you used.

No returns or refunds for items on clearance sale.
Wrong or damaged items?
We can offer you a refund, exchange, or a gift credit depending on your choice. This policy is valid for 30 days after you receive your purchase. Please send us a photo of the wrong or damaged items as proof. Contact us at "hello@navypeony.com" and quote your order ID to discuss the details.
Did not receive your parcel?
We will consider your parcel lost if you did not receive it only after more than 30 business days (not including weekends) from your order date. Reach out to us with your order number and we'll process a refund.
